มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของเด็ก
Jurna ไม่ยอมรับการแสวงประโยชน์และการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศต่อเด็ก (CSAE) ในทุกรูปแบบ รวมถึงสื่อที่แสดงการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็ก (CSAM) การล่อลวงเด็ก (grooming) การข่มขู่ทางเพศ และการค้ามนุษย์ที่เกี่ยวกับเด็ก เนื้อหาหรือพฤติกรรมเหล่านี้ผิดข้อตกลงการใช้งานและผิดกฎหมาย
สิ่งที่ห้ามใน Jurna
- ส่ง แชร์ ขอ หรือชักชวนให้ส่งภาพหรือเนื้อหาทางเพศที่เกี่ยวกับผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี
- ใช้แชท การนัดเจอ หรือการแชร์ตำแหน่ง เพื่อติดต่อ ล่อลวง หรือนัดพบเด็กโดยมีเจตนาทางเพศ
- ข่มขู่หรือแบล็กเมล์ด้วยภาพหรือข้อมูลส่วนตัวของเด็ก
- เนื้อหาใดๆ ที่ทำให้การล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็กดูเป็นเรื่องปกติหรือส่งเสริมให้เกิดขึ้น
การออกแบบแอปเพื่อลดความเสี่ยง
- Jurna สำหรับผู้ใช้อายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป ไม่ได้ออกแบบสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี
- ไม่มีฟีดสาธารณะหรือระบบแนะนำคนแปลกหน้า จะเห็นตำแหน่งหรือแชทกับใครได้ก็ต่อเมื่อทั้งสองฝ่ายตอบรับเป็นเพื่อนกันแล้ว หรืออยู่ในก๊วนเดียวกัน
- ค่าเริ่มต้นแอปไม่แชร์ตำแหน่ง และเมื่อแชร์ เพื่อนเห็นเป็นโซนกว้างราว 3 กม. ไม่ใช่ตำแหน่งจริง
- บล็อกหรือลบเพื่อนได้ทุกเมื่อ ผู้ถูกบล็อกจะส่งคำขอเป็นเพื่อนมาหาคุณไม่ได้อีก
รายงานได้ที่ไหน
- ในแอป: ตั้งค่า → “เจอปัญหา บอกเราได้” เล่าสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น พร้อมชื่อผู้ใช้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- ถ้าเด็กตกอยู่ในอันตรายเร่งด่วน โปรดติดต่อตำรวจทันที (ประเทศไทย: 191) หรือศูนย์ช่วยเหลือสังคม สายด่วน 1300
สิ่งที่เราทำเมื่อได้รับรายงาน
- ตรวจสอบรายงานโดยเร็วที่สุด เรื่องที่เกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยของเด็กได้รับการจัดการก่อนเรื่องอื่นเสมอ
- ลบเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎนี้ และระงับหรือลบบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เมื่อพบสื่อที่แสดงการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็ก เราเก็บหลักฐานที่จำเป็นไว้และแจ้งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามกฎหมาย เช่น ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการป้องกันและปราบปรามการกระทำความผิดทางอินเทอร์เน็ตต่อเด็ก (TICAC) สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ และ National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- ให้ความร่วมมือกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายเมื่อได้รับคำขอที่ถูกต้อง

Child Safety Standards (English)
Jurna has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and trafficking of minors. Such content or behavior violates our terms and the law.
- Prohibited: sending, sharing, requesting or soliciting sexual content involving anyone under 18; using chat, meetups or location sharing to contact, groom or meet a minor for sexual purposes; threatening or blackmailing with a minor's images or personal data; content that normalizes or promotes child sexual abuse.
- Design safeguards: Jurna is for users aged 13+. There is no public feed or stranger recommendations. Location and chat are only shared between users who have both accepted each other as friends, or who are in the same group. Location sharing is off by default and friends see a ~3 km zone unless the user explicitly shares live or drops a pin. Users can block or remove anyone at any time.
- How to report: in the app, Settings → “เจอปัญหา บอกเราได้” (Report a problem), or email support@jurna.app. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local police (Thailand: 191).
- What we do: we review reports promptly and prioritize child-safety reports; remove violating content and suspend or delete the accounts involved; when we become aware of CSAM we preserve the necessary evidence and report it to the relevant authorities as required by law, including the Thailand Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (TICAC, Royal Thai Police) and NCMEC; and we cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests.
